NOTICE
BIDS WANTED
The Town of Dewey, Portage County is requesting sealed bids for the following:
1) Pulverize the pavement and relay to a width of 28 feet on Willow Springs Drive,
starting at Dewey Drive going south for approximately 5,386 feet.
2) Furnish and install 4 inches of compacted 1¼ inch dense road base material 28 feet
wide, on Willow Springs Drive starting at Dewey Drive going south for approximately
5,386 feet.

Sealed bids are to be in the office of the Town Clerk, Angela Lochinger, 430 Dewey Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54482 prior to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Bids will be opened at the Town Board Meeting that night.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
The Town Board of the Town of Dewey reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town of Dewey.
