2024 – 2028 FIVE YEAR ROAD PLAN
TOWN OF DEWEY, PORTAGE COUNTY

2024 Road Plan

1) Pulverize and add road base material to Torun Road from Dewey Drive south to the
town line – 1.34 of a mile – 30’ in width
2) Add road base material and/or granite to ½ mile of road based on road rating program
3) Crack Seal roads as needed following spring road inspection
4) Road right-of-way brushing as needed following spring road inspection
5) Other road repairs and maintenance as needed following spring road inspection

2025 Road Plan

1) Pave and shoulder Torun Road from Dewey Drive south to the town line – 22’ pavement
and 4’ shoulders
2) Add road base material and/or granite to ½ mile of road based on road rating program
3) Crack Seal roads as needed following spring road inspection
4) Road right-of-way brushing as needed following spring road inspection
5) Other road repairs and maintenance as needed following spring road inspection

2026 Road Plan

1) Pulverize and add road base material to Dewey Drive from Torun Road to County Road Y
(except section in front of the church) approx. 1.4 miles – 30’ in width
2) Add road base material and/or granite to ½ mile of road based on road rating program
3) Crack Seal roads as needed following spring road inspection
4) Road right-of-way brushing as needed following spring road inspection
5) Other road repairs and maintenance as needed following spring road inspection

2027 ROAD PLAN

1) Pave and shoulder Dewey Drive from Torun Road to County Road Y – 22’ pavement and
4’ shoulders
2) Chip Seal 1 mile as needed following spring road inspection
3) Crack Seal roads as needed following spring road inspection
4) Road right-of-way brushing as needed following spring road inspection
5) Other road repairs and maintenance as needed following spring road inspection

2028 Road Plan

1) Bridge Replacement on Haymeadow Drive
2) Chip Seal 1 mile of road as needed following spring road inspection
3) Crack Seal roads as needed following spring road inspection
4) Road right-of-way brushing as needed following spring road inspection
5) Other road repairs and maintenance as needed following spring road inspection
