PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Wednesday, March 21, 2018, 6:00 p.m.
Dewey Town Hall
The Town Board of the Town of Dewey will hold a public hearing at which time public comments on the following items will be accepted.
1) A request from Regan and Ann Pourchot to amend the Town of Dewey Comprehensive Plan for parcel #’s 014-25-0701-13.02; 03.03; 04.04 by changing the NAP – Natural Areas Protected future land use to/from L3- Limited Agricultural/Mixed Use as appropriate to reflect the most current data for flood plain and wetland boundaries.
2) A request from Regan and Ann Pourchot for Zoning changes to applicable portions of parcel #’s 014-25-0701-13.02; 03.03; 04.04 from Conservancy to A4 and A4 to Conservancy to reflect the most current data for flood plain and wetland boundaries.
