3) Minutes from the meeting of January 14th 2016
5) Discussion/Actions for the proposed staking by Central Staking of parcel numbers 014-25-0723:08.03, 014-25-0723:08.04, and 014-25-0723:08.06 to be surveyed into one lot for Rivers Edge Inc. proposed campground expansion. Portage County Planning & Zoning listed this step as a requirement before they would issue a zoning permit as discussed on 1-5-16 with Jerry Farhner.
6) Review/Discussion of plans and information provided by Jerry Matt Baker, representing Matt Baker Storage regarding parcel number 014-25-0711-D01 which is currently the road right of way along Park Road that is zoned A4. Mr. Baker has requested the parcel be re-zoned to C4 and to combine this parcel number with the adjoining parcel numbers 014-25-0711-A01 and 014-25-0702-12.01 that are currently zoned C4.
a. Discussion/Action on recommendation to the Town of Dewey Board on the request amendment to the Dewey Comprehensive Plan for parcel number 014-25-0711-D01 “Road Right of Way” that is currently a “natural area – limited” to be changed to commercial use.
b. Discussion/Action on recommendation to the Town of Dewey Board on the request to re-zone parcel number 014-25-0711-D01 from current the A4 to C4.
c. Discussion/Action on recommendation to the Town of Dewey Board on combining any of these three parcels.
