5) Discussion/Action on the request from Schertz-Fahrner, LLC for the proposed Preliminary
Development Plan for Club DuBay Condominiums (PD1) for property at the northeast corner
of County Road DB and West River Road
6) Discussion/Action on the request from Schertz-Fahrner, LLC for a Zoning change from C3 and
Con to PD for the Club DuBay Condominiums for property at the northeast corner of County
Road DB and West River Road
7) Discussion/Action on a request to the Portage County Highway Committee to create a 45
m.p.h. speed limit on County Road DB from the I-39 exit/entrance ramps going north to the
Portage/Marathon County line
8) Discussion/Action on a request to the Portage County Highway Committee to create a
pedestrian crosswalk in the area near the Tki Bar on County Road DB
9) Discussion/Action on a request to the Portage County Highway Department to create
“no parking” zones on the east side of County Road DB at the intersection with West River
Road and on the west side of County Road DB at the interesection with DuBay Drive
10) Discussion/Action on Resolution No.2 – 2015, a resolution to move the adoption of the
revisions to Chapter 8, Traffic Control Ordinance of the Municipal Code of the Town of
Dewey forward
