PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Wednesday, December 11, 2019, 6:30 p.m.
Dewey Town Hall
The Town Board of the Town of Dewey will hold a public hearing at which time public comments on the following items will be accepted.
1) A request from Daniel and Hannah Demers to amend the Town of Dewey Comprehensive Plan for parcel #014-25-0702-10.06 located at the NW corner of Interstate 39 and County Road DB as follows: a) 10.05 acres from Commercial to L3-Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use, b) .28 acres from Commercial to Natural Areas Protected and c) 1.31 acres from Natural Areas Protected to L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use. (Adjustments to the Natural Areas Protected future land use boundary is so that it follows wetlands according to a delineation conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers).
2) A request from Daniel and Hannah Demers for Zoning changes to applicable portions of
parcel #014-25-0702-10.06 located at the NW corner of Interstate 39 and County Road DB as follows: a) 10.05 acres from C4 Highway Commercial to A4 General Agricultural, b) .28 acres from C4 Highway Commercial to Conservancy and c) 1.31 acres from Conservancy to A4 General Agricultural. (Adjustments to the Conservancy zoning boundary is so that it follows wetlands according to a delineation conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers).
